I had the pleasure of getting an hour long massage from Lauren. I have gotten massages before but by far my experience with Lauren was the best. She was able to target the areas that needed extra attention and I left feeling very relaxed. I highly recommend 10/10.

I can not say enough great things! This is my second time, and I had a pinched nerve in my back. The way she manipulated my back and neck muscles was amazing. I have never had anyone use the amount of pressure and strength to help elevate the pain I was experiencing. The time before was just for relaxing and I did the full body scrub also. Top tier. I did the brown sugar and cbd oil scrub and massage. Pretty sure I drooled and dozed off at one point. Will absolutely be back again and again

I researched massage spas in the area really trying to find the best. I decided on Sage Holistic Spa and so glad I did! Indira did a phenomenal job! She’s so strong! She applied the right amount of pressure and really listened to my concerns/pain points. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
