I am so thankful for John and his crew! We interviewed and contracted with another pool company to replace our existing pool. That was 4 years ago now. Needless to say that first company was a ripoff. They created a huge hole in our yard and went out of business slowly stringing us along for 3 years. When you have so much invested in a project you try to see it through but they finally went under. So started looking for a company to finish the mess we had. John and his team took it on. I am very late writing this review, but better late than never! Our experience with John Skop and his team at Pool Authority was superb! After meeting with the designer, Lennox, and going over the proposal he put together, we knew this was the company we wanted to build our pool. It was one of the best decisions we have made. The entire process was better than we could have imagined. Mark was very personable and knowledgeable and communication was always timely throughout the project. Overall, we are extremely happy with the entire process and finished product. For anyone in the market for pool construction, look no further!

Would highly recommend using this company! They were available 24/7, they communicated, never ignored us, and had so many choice to choose from when we were shopping for products for resurfacing our pool. The project date was AHEAD of schedule, which was something you don’t see these days. They were very punctual, professional, and thorough! Scott was absolutely amazing to work with. He made sure that we kept in contact throughout the project. We thank him for his professionalism and customer service! Not to mention, our pool looks amazing!!!! Even when we had questions they always stopped by to make sure questions were answered. Definitely recommend!!!
