We just completed building a pool with Natural Springs Pools this month. They did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. We were very happy with how our design came to life and there was a wide selection of attractive materials at different price points. The build process with them working closely with our builder to complete construction on time. After delivery, Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Travis have both been very responsive to our questions and with follow-ups to make sure we finish the settling process and know how to maintain the equipment. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool in the Tampa Bay Area.
We built our pool with Natural Springs five years ago. We love the look and the quality materials. Last year, we had an issue with some rust seeping through on our table pedestal. Natural Springs came out and addressed the issue by reapplying the quartz finish. This year, the same issue arose in the same spot, indicating a deeper problem; and this time they redid the entire table pedestal from scratch, then added tile for the finish when the original quartz color was unavailable. Both Jimmys did amazing work, and Rebekah at the office is a pleasure to work with. Natural Springs stands behind their work, and we are SO glad we went with them for our pool builder.
Natural Springs Pool completed a pool for us in May and we are extremely happy with the outcome. From Louis in sales, Eric our project manager, Jimmy are pool equipment trainer and Lauren in the warranty department. They were all very helpful and responded quickly with any questions. There subcontractors all spoke highly of them and that speaks volumns. I woud recommend them for anyone considering a new pool.
