would highly recommend natural springs. we had several quotes and they were about the same, but i think where it matters most is in support and service. Mardy (our project manager) and Bob (our designer) went above and beyond, especially as the City of Tampa is starting to be a real pain to work with at the end. we had a rogue City inspector that wanted things outside the initial, approved design and Mardy helped us get through this, even though he didn't have to.

Natural Springs Pools and Spas is my highest recommendation for a pool installation. From the time I first contacted the designer a company representative had been in touch with me throughout the process. My pool was completely done in under six months and has been trouble free. I take these reviews seriously and I waited until I was sure that there were no problems with the pool before I posted it. My pool is beautiful and worry free. I was never left in the dark about any part of the process. Someone from the company called me at least once a week to explain what the next part of the process was and answered all of my questions.
