Manager Roberto and staff went above and beyond to ensure my new pair of glasses fit just right. Having had the same prior pair for 4+ years, I was rather picky about having to switch to new glasses. Their team did an excellent job of finding me a pair that looked similar to my old ones and made sure they met my specifications.Great customer service would highly recommend.

Ive been to optometrists all over the map, and this is by far the best experience i had. I was on a trip when my Rx sunglass frame broke. I took them first to another place and they tried for nearly an hour and could do nothing. The folks at this store did it really well, really quickly, and for free. Plus, they were super pleasant and friendly to deal with, something i do not find when asking for repairs at most optometrists. I would go back in a heartbeat if i lived in the area, for all my eye care needs. I wished they were closer to my home (in Canada).
