Best and most professional business ever! Sarah always greets me with a smile and that sets the tone for a great visit! Ilauria is en excellent massage therapist as well. I highly recommend her! I get the deep tissue massage and the pressure is perfect. The other staff members, Nyomie and Alyssa are always super nice and super helpful. I’ve been a client for three years now and it always a great experience!! Great job Massage Luxe Lutz!!!

i have been a member for 17 years at the Lutz location , despite the change of ownership the front desk continues to lack proper business etiquette and communication skills. Bad attitudes and just flat out rude employees. It’s been an ongoing issue.
No corporate number anywhere on the internet. When you ask to speak to manager they simply say she is off site. She can call you in a week. I won’t hold my breathe for the call.
If I didn’t have 15 plus hours stored up I would cancel my membership immediately.
