I have been an LL flooring customer for about 15. The Lutz Fl store is one of the best I've ever worked with. Josh, Ryan, and Christy are their veteran specialists and are abundantly knowledgeable. They can foresee any potential job complications and prevent them in most cases. Their previous manager Mark real did a great job training his staff and it showed.

Josh and Mathew are super! Got a great price on my new floors and materials to do the job. Professinal and friendly staff. We shopped around for some time but chose LL Flooring. We visited the store and hadn't made a decision, they called us to let us know they were having a sale and we would be happy. That's customer service. We needed floors and they wanted to make a sale. I recommend them because they are transparent and no hard sell. Thank you for all your assistance.
