I am so happy I made the decision to come to this Labcorp. After I saw terrible reviews about the Wesley Chapel location, I decided to come here and I had a wonderful experience. I took a risk and went in without an appointment, but did not have to wait long to be seen. The express check-in was easy. The area is located in the back left corner of the Walgreens next to the pharmacy, and there is adequate seating for those waiting. I was seen by Jenny for my glucose test/blood work and she was personable, kind, and efficient. Would not draw my blood due to a past due balance. When I checked in, it never mentioned that I owed a past due balance nor have I received any recent statements. Bad attitude and bad customer service
I did not have an appointment, I was called back to do my blood work in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of chairs for folks to sit down. Currently it is closed, I can't wait until it reopens.
