Innovative Homes & Remodeling

Tired of contractors who's voicemails are full, that no show appointments, are late when they do arrive, or just plain won't call you back. Look no further. Ed James of Innovative Homes & Remodeling is a true professional. Ed does what he says..his word is his bond. He treats every customer like family. It's hard to find contractors here in Florida that actually show up on time and get the job done right the first time. If you are looking for a quality contractor who will do what it takes to make sure you 100% satisfied then Ed's your guy! We've worked on several dozen projects together and he always comes through.

They got our new primary & secondary roofs on in 2 days including demolition of the old roofs. We have already had a complete day of rain & our new roof kept everything totally dry. Plus we were able to get our new homeowners insurance policy in time before the old policy expired. Living in FL, getting a non-renewal policy letter can often happen on short notice, which is very stressful. We are all smiles now!!
