Fl-Air Heating & Cooling was absolutely outstanding! They responded incredibly fast, and Alvino, the technician, was one of the best I’ve ever worked with—professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Kelly from customer support was also fantastic—she made everything easy and kept me informed every step of the way. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company in a long time. Highly recommend Fl-Air to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!
Came to house worked all day and kept me inform of the progress. Had to comeback the next morning and finish the job because a drain line had to be re-configured. Overall, very pleased with the communication and responsiveness of the install crew.
