this place is amazing. Dr Register is great with my dogs Poppy and Suki. Suki is going to be 18. A few years ago I thought was going to lose her. Blue pearl said she had cancer. That still may be true but with the supplements for hepatic and renal support and the recommendationa from Dr Register she's still here and living her best life. It's always clean and so calm. The payment plans are a true blessing! Thank you! Cindy D you should remove the bad review if it had nothing to do with the vet care. Not hearing back with a phone call or email 3 business days from that Friday is pretty petty. Sometimes it takes months Especially if they are short staffed. I am sure you won't be getting the job At this point. Something tells me that's probably an issue for you in general. You have definitely burned a bridge. You should have sent a thank you note after the interview and followed up a week after they said they would contact you If they didn't to let them know you are still interested That is how the real world works.
The Hospital is clean, very welcoming to owners and pets. The petlyplans make it easy to do all the basic diagnostics you need to care for your pet. The staff was very helpful & Dr Register is wonderful! Highly Recommend!
Today we cried. It was the result of a year of hard, patient work from our vet and the staff here. This all started with Beau needing 30-40 min just to get from the car to the back yard and months of complimentary happy visits in the back yard with treats from staff. Then he finally started sniffing at the door which was a big success. A few months later he was taking steps in the back door and eventually walking around inside. We worked on behaviors where Beau could give consent to being touched and I still remember how excited she was to just look in his ear for the first time. I thought we were moving so slow but she felt like it was a victory. There was a time our baby was perfect until he suddenly wasn’t, was diagnosed with a serious mood disorder, and started attacking people. BUT…All those happy visits that the staff did were to ensure our very very unhappy Beau would be able to have TODAY. TODAY Beau was so excited to see his friends. He walked right into the exam room, took a vaccine without a second look, played the whole visit with toys even dumping out the entire box and throwing every toy around the room. We teared up… We don’t know where we would have found the strength or hope to continue on if it weren’t for the patience and kindness of the staff here at East-West Animal Hospital. We are forever grateful for their love of fearful animals.
