If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Raymond and his crew were professional, skilled, tidy, and easy to talk to. They came out to check a plumbing leak at our home in Lutz and quickly figured out the cause and the best repair. Since we had just bought the house, we did not know the plumbing history, so it was a surprise when they found a screwdriver stuck in the drain trap. They explained everything clearly, fixed the issue fast, and made sure the plumbing was working properly before leaving. miguel was fantastic! he clearly explained what was and wasn’t wrong with my existing tub faucet and helped me understand the plumbing issue in simple terms. The tub faucet was already in the home before we moved in, and it looked like a low-quality install from years ago. When the handle broke, other plumbers said the only fix would be opening up the wall, which sounded expensive and unnecessary. miguel took the time to look at the valve, trim, and faucet parts carefully.
