Mike is great! As a first home buyer he made us feel much more comfortable with our purchase. He was very thorough with the inspection of our home. It was built in 1946, and he was really good about pointing out anything that would need attention and even fun nuances we might have otherwise missed.

I found this inspection company on BBB with an A+ rating. After seeing their list of certifications and qualifications, I put in the call to schedule the inspection of a property for purchase. Mike Yeager was my inspector (I don't think there are other inspectors - I think he might own the company and be the only inspector) and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was early to the appointment and had already gotten started on the process and identified a couple issues.
