“Have been going to this place for some months now and today wasn't a good experience. Had to repeatedly tell my barber to fix multiple areas that weren't done correctly,It was frustrating.So editing my review since the owner gave me a free cut and just finished getting cut by macho. I must say, I'm really impressed at the professionalism and customer satisfaction that I just received. I walked in and macho knew already that the other guy messed up and told me he could take me right away and I didn't have to pay . That is customer service at its best and I am appreciative. “Leana is considered “new talent” but she is far from it. She is the most perfect perfectionist there is she can’t spot a hair out of line from a mile away and will be right there to fix it. She is really good at helping come to a decision when you aren’t sure what you want and really fun to talk to when in the chair. I 100% recommend her!
