Had to repeatedly tell my barber to fix multiple areas that weren't done correctly,It was frustrating.So editing my review since the owner gave me a free cut and just finished getting cut by macho. I must say, I'm really impressed at the professionalism and customer satisfaction that I just received. I walked in and macho knew already that the other guy messed up and told me he could take me right away and I didn't have to pay . That is customer service at its best and I am appreciative. “I should have left this review a while ago but here I am. I got my hair cut by Erika and she did an AMAZING job! From the time you walk in the atmosphere is comforting and the staff is welcoming. They offer drinks while you wait and have purse hooks (love!). Erika walks you through the whole process before starting and offers expert advice on the cut you want and how it will look on your specially. She's very gentle with combing and gives after care instructions for things like styling and protection. I WILL be going back!“

The shampoo was the bomb…it was thorough and refreshing, leaving my scalp feeling so clean. The color came out vibrant and beautifully even—exactly what I wanted. She also took the time to repair and care for my locs, which made such a difference in how healthy they look and feel.

“Leana is considered “new talent” but she is far from it. She is the most perfect perfectionist there is she can’t spot a hair out of line from a mile away and will be right there to fix it. She is really good at helping come to a decision when you aren’t sure what you want and really fun to talk to when in the chair. I 100% recommend her! But don’t book her up fully because i still want her LOL“
