Had to repeatedly tell my barber to fix multiple areas that weren't done correctly,It was frustrating.So editing my review since the owner gave me a free cut and just finished getting cut by macho. I must say, I'm really impressed at the professionalism and customer satisfaction that I just received. I walked in and macho knew already that the other guy messed up and told me he could take me right away and I didn't have to pay . That is customer service at its best and I am appreciative. Will be going back again .“
