I ordered an 8 foot fiberglass double entry door from Titan with a special mulit point locking system and had it installed by a contractor. Michael C spent a lot of time answering my questions and helped me make sure I had what I wanted.
The door was shipped to my house much faster than expected. I had a problem with the locking system and Joe G got someone over quickly to look at it and fix it. This was my first experience with Titan and based on the great customer service and product I would use them again and recommend.
Excellent place for me to buy doors, molding, and baseboard. They are very nice and all of the workers are competent and kind. You can tell this place is run by good people at the top. Team oriented. I was disappointed I was not able to buy windows from them.
I have been trying to order doors from them for over 6 months. I thought the manager would help but he just ened up pushing me back to a sales person. I don't know if I have bad luck but I am on my 3rd sales person. The other 2 are no longer with the company.
