Titan Building Supply is a friendly place to buy doors, molding, and baseboards, with competent and kind workers. Many customers appreciate the good management and team-oriented atmosphere. However, some have faced challenges with door orders and inconsistent sales support. Despite this, the company has demonstrated excellent customer service, even delivering door hardware directly to a job site, earning strong praise from satisfied customers. Overall, it is a reliable choice for building supplies.
Rod did an outstanding job cutting our baseboards yesterday. His attention to detail was impressive, and every cut was clean and precise. He worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything fit perfectly. On top of that, he was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Rod to anyone needing quality work done!
I ordered an 8 foot fiberglass double entry door from Titan with a special mulit point locking system and had it installed by a contractor. Michael C spent a lot of time answering my questions and helped me make sure I had what I wanted.
The door was shipped to my house much faster than expected. I had a problem with the locking system and Joe G got someone over quickly to look at it and fix it. This was my first experience with Titan and based on the great customer service and product I would use them again and recommend.
Excellent place for me to buy doors, molding, and baseboard. They are very nice and all of the workers are competent and kind. You can tell this place is run by good people at the top. Team oriented. I was disappointed I was not able to buy windows from them.
