The salon is consistently described as very clean, brand new, fabulous, and inviting with great energy, making clients feel welcome immediately. The stylists are highly knowledgeable masters of their craft, offering exceptional services like silk presses and trims. They are punctual, practice perfect time management, and service clients right at their scheduled time. Customer service is friendly, welcoming, and responsive, with stylists who listen to client needs and check comfort levels. The overall atmosphere is highly recommended, with many clients finding their permanent stylist and no longer needing to search. The experience is great, inspiring, and truly the best, leaving hair looking healthy, beautiful, and wonderfully styled.
Absolutely outstanding customer service, friendly, clean and inviting. As a mommy and managing the craziness of life, forgot picture day at my child’s school. My 11yo(6grade), no longer wanted braids as the style for the day. I contacted Ericka(24hrs prior-don’t make that a practice). She accommodated the request; despite competing priorities. She made it happened. We entered the brand new salon, pleasantly greeted by her staff for washing and set. Ericka did an amazing silk press-My baby’s first.
