As someone who worked in the makeup industry for 5+ years, l almost never let anyone do my makeup except for me. However, I knew that I would be too stressed to do it on my wedding day. After sifting through the preferred vendor list from my venue I was less than impressed. To me, it seems like most places are hair focused but also offer makeup services. As a I makeup lover with a very specific style, that wasn’t going to work for me. I decided to do my own research and by the luck of a google search, I came across 911 Stylist. After looking through a few photos, I knew that I needed to book them. I asked my planner if she had ever worked with them and I was worried when she hadn’t. However, after speaking with Jackie I had her booked for my date not even an hour after our phone call. Jackie was so sweet and attentive and made me feel so confident in her team. I was able to text with my artists before and after the trial and they answered all my questions and concerns. Skipping ahead to my trial date, I just have to say, it was probably my favorite and most fun part of the wedding planning process. I went by myself to my trial but I instantly connected with my makeup and hair stylist as well as Jackie. We clicked right away and the entire evening was so much fun! Annel, my makeup artist, is just that; a TRUE ARTIST. I’m so grateful she has paired with me. She perfectly encapsulated the exact style I envisioned and executed it infinitely better than I’d ever be able to (which is difficult for me to admit considering I was an artist myself). I never wanted to take my trial or wedding makeup off, it was truly stunning and literally lasted all night long. I’m ashamed to admit that I didn’t take my makeup off that night, but it lasted for over 24 hours. Tiffanie, my hairstyle is such a pro and was able to complete my entire look with extensions in just about the same time it takes me to straighten my hair. Our first look we tried was the one I went with because she knew exactly what would look good on me. My favorite part about 911 is the calming sense they give you because you know you’re in good hands. I was even more pleased with the results on my wedding day. I had two other artists join Tiffanie and Annel to work on my bridesmaids and three mothers. I was so interested to see their work since there would be a wide range of hair types/length, face shapes, skin types, ages and eye shapes. Every single person looked absolutely stunning. I can barely put into words how happy I was with the results and with my decision to have them for my wedding day. If I ever need hair and makeup for an event in the future, it will be with 911 Stylist. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! An absolute joy to work with!!

Jackie did my nieces make up and hair for a recent photo shoot and she did a fabulous job! My niece was nervous and she put her right at ease. She was super friendly and my niece felt like a princess!
