We had an accordion patio shutter placed about 20 years ago. It has worked out perfectly throughout the years. Lately, some of the rollers that hold the shutter in place have become loose and a couple of them had broken. I called Sun Barrier and asked to have someone come out and take a look at it. The unbelievable happened next! I was told that one of their technicians was in our area that afternoon. Brian stopped by a few hours later and evaluated our situation. Hurricane shutters are a major investment so we were picky in what company we used, SunBarrier did not disappoint, in fact they are an amazing company with superb staff. They treated us like family from when their representative, Beverley stepped through our front door, she is fantastic, knowledgeable and I loved her tips for us to get the shutters that would be best for us, things we would never had thought of, she took her time and was extremely thorough. Her communication was outstanding the entire way through. I never post, but feel the need. We just had 16 windows replaced by SunBarrier Products, Inc in Longwood. Oh my! Beautiful windows, IMPECCABLE workmanship and they left the site spotless!! We are thrilled!! Incredible company!
