I had gone to a different computer shop for a quick fix regarding putting in a key back into my keyboard, that I was struggling to fix. They charged a $35 fee for a 15 min job. I declined and decided to still look around. I then found SBIT services online, and met Ivan. Ivan was professional and personable and shared that if he could fix it in 15 min or less, he wouldn’t charge anything. He was kind, and when I offered to pay for the 10 min he was working on it, he declined. I would definitely come back again for bigger projects, because of his willingness to help.
I highly recommend this company! My old hard drive quit and I was fortunate to find these nice folks to replace my old PC with a new one. They were able to transfer the data to the new PC and they got me up and running again quickly. Ivan is knowlegeable and personable and made the stressful situation into a smooth transition. This is my new go to for IT and computer services.
I highly recommend this company to anyone that is having computer issues. Abimael was great! As a company we rely on our computers to be working at all times. Thanks to Abimael out issue was resolved.
