If I could give zero stars I would. They trick you into thinking you’re getting a trip but continue to charge you. I can’t get in contact with them. I would highly recommend not working or dealing with them. Save your money or book your vacation directly with the resort.

They are also known as Family dream getaway and they radio commercials tricking you that you won and all inclusive package for 400. They trick you into buying vacation packages with alot of hidden charges that they won’t disclose upfront. Once you activate the 265 usd plus certificate that’s when you find out you have to pay over 500 USD in charges. So don't get this , and by the way it's time share hotels , I'm supposed to win on the radio It's a trick , and they end up charging you more, and they also don't tell you when they have a spot, they charge you reservation fees, please don't call Mega 93.9, it's a trick, thanks, there's never any availability.
