Massey Services is a pest control company that offers a pest prevention program. This program focuses on preventing pests from entering homes by targeting the exterior where they live and breed. Unlike traditional pest control, Massey Services does not use pesticides. They customize an environmental management program to keep pests out.
The company also provides lawn fertilization and irrigation services. Customers frequently highlight the friendly and helpful technicians, particularly praising Colter Thomas for his amazing service. He is known for being professional, knowledgeable, and taking the time to educate customers about the pest control process. Many have experienced prompt and efficient service, noticing significant improvements in their pest issues. However, some customers have raised concerns about pricing discrepancies, mentioning unexpected charges after inspections. Overall, Massey Services has a strong reputation for customer service and dedication to ensuring homes remain pest-free.
John H is my technician for Massey pest control and he is awesome! I am so bugphobic and he is so patient and helpful in ensuring all spiderwebs, wasp nests, stay far away from my property. I rarely ever see a bug inside which says a lot considering wet Florida summers!
With multiple rental properties being serviced by Massey I can still say I’m very satisfied with the service. We added a new property today and the inspector who met me; Elliot Maier was excellent. He explained everything we were dealing with in detail and provided a plan and made me feel confident about the intended outcome. I hope he is recognized for being an excellent representative of the company.
Colter Thomas came out to service my home and did an incredible job. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and that helped to really put my fiancée and I at ease.
I’ll gladly be using Massey again in the future and requesting Colter Thomas specifically. Thank you Mr. Colter Thomas for the excellent service!
