JTG gave me a really fair and realistic quote, kept the job within scope, and, most importantly, delivered it. I was really impressed with not only the quality of the work they did, but the top notch network of contractors they have curated for jobs they do with expanded scopes, like mine. They know how to assess problems, see the big picture, and create actual solutions based on experience and expertise. In the end, my house that had a really tricky multi-point issue with water intrusion has been thoroughly repaired, leak free, and with a fantastic new balcony roof that adds so much functionally and visually. I cannot recommend working with JTG Construction enough. My wife and I had a larger Master bathroom/bdrm remodel and were having a hard time finding a contractor we could trust. After meeting John we knew that JTG Const was exactly what we were looking for and we were absolutely right. John and his crew were always on time, great at communication, and provided exceptional quality of work. JTG Const was great at the daily clean up and keeping the dust down. They were respectful of our home and our family while creating a beautiful end product. We are happy we worked with them on our renovation and could not be happier with the end result. Our beautiful renovated home deserves an applause! Thank you to John and his team for realizing our vision and making it better than we could have even imagined. After having 3 kitchen design companies come look at our project, all of them told us that our vision could not happen due to some load bearing walls. John took one look and said YES! He is a creative thinker and continuously used creative problem solving and fine craftsmanship to bring our kitchen to life. He is an artist in his field and I am grateful for his talents.
