My husband and I built our forever home and designed what is also our dream pool, compliments of Holland Pools. The process was seamless and the result exceeded our expectations. It was simple, we met with our designer/sales specialist Preston Dewey a few times both remotely and in person. In each of our meetings he was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, receptive to our ideas and answered all of our questions even when they were not adding additional costs to our project. My husband and I purchased a pool for our new home from Holland Pools. Our experience with Holland Pool’s was awesome Steve, our sales rep. was great He addressed any concerns that we had. Kristin, our point of contact, was extremely knowledgeable She gave us all the information and all the steps that was needed for the completion of our pool, which looks amazing. Brad, who did our clean-up showed us how to keep the pool clean was really nice. Thanks to the entire team who worked for the completion of our pool.

Big Thank you to Tyler Baumgartner and Bradley Quehl for a fantastic customer Service experience.Holland built my pool 3 years ago, pool warranty expired on year one. I been working on house automation that included pool equipment. I had forgotten about an issue with pool lights remote and reached to Tyler my former project manager via text to inquire about equipments specs to seek help.Tyler immediately replied and acknowledged they had experience issues with this particular piece of equipment.
