My vehicle broke down yesterday at the worst possible time with my disabled son with me in the vehicle. Of course, I was very concerned and overly stressed. I contacted Geico and was referred to courtesy towing and they sent out Mike Chambers. Mike could not have been kinder and more caring and just helped me feel like the stress just rolled right off my shoulders. With the extra unexpected issue of having my son, breaking down is never easy. But Mike made me feel comfortable and safe and completely at ease. I am very grateful to him and to his company. Today I had my Subaru towed from Winter Park through insurance emergency roadside assistance. The operator John communicated every step of the way and even worked patiently through a given pickup location error. He delivered our car damage free to the prescribed location and dropped it exactly where we wanted it. Top notch service!!

My car got into an accident last week and I had to get it towed. Given that I'm still in college and all my family is in south florida, it was hard to see who to trust during such a difficult time. I'm so happy I got my car towed with this company becuase the people here are truely wonderful. The custumer service was the best, especially on the weekends :).
