On Thursday, November 30, 2023, I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:40 am. I decided to avoid the 1-4 expressway and take the Sunrail train from Debary to the Longwood station. Using Google walk the ETA was approximately 10 minutes. I got lost along the way and arrived at my destination 20 minutes late. Erin Roach and her staff remained courteous and professional as I explained what transpired. It was amazing to witness the staff genuinely cared about my well=being and health concerns. The recommendations made me feel hopeful things will get better soon. I believe it takes a team of dedicated employees for any business to become successful and stay on top.I wish...read full review

Ruby was my neuro provider and she was so so nice! She listened to what I had to say and was extremely patient with me while I struggled. I really appreciate her hospitality and kindness and for making sure I was okay :)Thank you Ruby!!

Went in today for a neuro appt. My overall experience was great. Emily at the front desk was very attentive when I came in. Ruby , my neuro provider, is a great listener, and empathetic. She understood what I was experiencing and she was kind from the start. Thank you both!
