My closet is beautiful Thomas did a wonderful design giving me a lot of storage which I had requested. Luis and Muman were the installers were very timely very respectful, worked quickly and very neat. They worked and cleaned up and were done in record time. Very happy with the results.

Our master closet is small and oddly shaped and after years of putting up with horrible, inefficient wire shelving we decided we needed the space professionally designed to maximize utility. Katie was our designer and was wonderfully professional yet personable and quickly helped us home in on a design. She had good ideas and presented us options while respecting our budget, never giving us a “sales pitch”. Equally experienced and friendly was Phil our installer who worked efficiently and was cooperative and flexible as we worked through the inevitable tricky detail or two. He kept his work area (our master bathroom!) clean and he also bonded with our nosey dogs....read full review

Numan did a great job installing the custom closet in our bedroom. He was punctual and cleaned up very well when he was done. The closet is perfect. Sarah designed the closet and was a pro at figuring out the best layout given the small size we are working with. We definitely will use closet factory for future projects. Thank you!
