Amazing service. We had an overflow accident, and some water staining on my carpet, Clean Pro came out right away and handled my emergency and probably saved my carpet. It's really hard to find great service these days, and when you find a company like this, stick with them.
I just moved into a townhome that had abused carpets that I thought would need replacing. Clean Pro Plus accommodated my tight schedule and did an amazing job. The carpets look brand new! Saved me thousands in new carpet and was right on time and the cost was also far less than what the value I recieved. I have a 3 story townhome and was concerned about the equipment getting to the top floor, but they had no problem. Highest recommendation I can give.
Gregg and his team did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets on a house we just purchased. They responded quickly and were very personable. He was able to complete the job for us the first business day after we gave him our approval. Upon arrival we received a phone call that they were at the property and we received pictures of the job completed after they were finished. Very professional throughout the whole process!
