Karl was great. Put a hitch on my small Fiesta so I can take my bike around town. He was accommodating with scheduling and quick. Recommend for anyone looking to get a hitch installed.

I'm a little late writing this review, but I want to thank the parts manager who was willing to hammer out my rusted hitch and refused to accept payment for his effort. I tried for quite some time trying to get it out, even tying a rope to a tree, without any success and using numerous sprays and YouTube suggestions. If it wasn't for the extra effort, I would have had to buy a whole new system at several hundred dollars so really appreciate the customer care from this Shop and honesty.
For those with trailer hitches, don't leave them in their receiver for weeks or months on end. Lesson definitely learned.

Took my 2019 Ram Promaster to Automotive One at the recommendation of my son-in-law. After having one of our local Chrysler Dodge Ram quote me more than $3,000 for repairs. They accessed my steering issues and made the repairs at cost below $300. My Promaster van now operates as it should and I am more than satisfied with the work and their professionalism in doing my repairs. I highly recommend them for non-warranty repairs.
