We had a tall pine tree from our wooded swampy back yard leaning over the fence, the shed, and the side of the house. After watching it slowly lean lower for months, we tried every way we could to reach it and trim some of the weight. The ground was soft, there was no room to drive a truck near, and the tree was just too large for us to handle without dropping it and damaging the shed. We contacted Eric on a rainy Sunday afternoon and he came the very next day to review the situation and figure out a solution. Northeast Florida Tree Surgeons took down a huge maple that its roots were growing into our drain field. They also removed an old oak tree that was dying. Eric and his crew showed up right on time, took care of the two trees, cleaned the area better than when they started and even took on another project that we thought would be a few minutes, that turned into an all-hands-on-deck project, without an additional charge.
