Artic A/C Service is prompt, knowledgeable, and has the experience to repair and / or replace your parts on your air conditioner or heat pump. He communicates and responds promptly.He installed our unit in 2009, and he has always been available when or if he was needed. We highly recommend them.

I found my unit not working once my power came back on after the hurricane. I called on a Friday at 11...expecting to set up an appt...He said he could be there by noon (same day) He arrived promptly and analyzed the unit...he had the part in his service van...installed the part & back up and running in less than an hour! I appreciate the quick response as I work in Georgia and making arrangements for service calls is a difficult task for me...and I was off of work today and it has been resolved...so I can focus on the clean up of debris from the hurricane that did damage to my home & property...Mark that item off the list!! Thanks...

My entire family only calls Arctic Air when needed. He has installed multiple units and maintains and repairs units for 5 of our households. They reasonable prices and reliable. We’ve never had an issue after the job was done. I highly recommend them.Services: A/C system repair
