Doug was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and very thorough! He not only helped us with the lock/door handle needs we had originally called about, but also helped us with multiple door alignment/sealing. He even helped make some additional adjustments so I could be sure my little one could still open the door because now it seals so well!
