John and Shalane are absolutely the best to work with. Shalane kept me updated daily regarding the installation process and Teco rebates. John visited my house 3 times without charge to keep my old units running until the new ones arrived. The pricing was very reasonable, the installation was seamless, and the service was excellent. We called JS Watson at 8:02 AM. and spoke with them about our A/C not working. They were able to come out and look at our unit within 90 minutes. John Watson was able to resolve our issue within 30 minutes. He spent time explaining to us what had happened. I would highly recommend calling JS Watson.
