I had a terrible experience at the Hair Cuttery in Riverview when they cut my son’s ear years ago. I was hesitant to try another, but my daughter was so happy when Emily had some extra time and curled her hair. My daughter went from being afraid of getting her hair cut to this place being the only place she wants to go to get her hair done.
This was my first visit to Hair Cuttery, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. My stylist, Ashley L., took great care of me from start to finish. She communicated clearly and patiently, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the process. Her exceptional customer service and kindness made me feel valued. Ashley even recommended some hair products that I could try out. I’m always hesitant to try new hair salons, but Ashley truly exceeded my expectations. I left feeling satisfied, thank you!
I wanted to take this time and give a HUGE shout out to Ashley L! Not only did she take her time with both of my boys and listened to them, she managed to make what is normally a stressful time fun, and my kids love their haircuts. I decided to donate my hair and I’m honored to have had Ashley L be the one for my big chop. We talked about so many different organizations and she walked me through the donation process.
