Love getting my hair cut at Great Clips. Their app is great. Tells you how long the wait is, how many people are ahead of you and how many stylists are working at the time. So helpful and can go run errands before if you have a long wait time. They also write down what your hair cut is so next time you don’t have to remember what they did. Very helpful and friendly staff.
After trying different salons in the Brandon area, I always came away disappointed. Then 3 years ago, I found a stylist who listened to my vision and created the cut I had been looking for. Kristi Boberg has been cutting my hair ever since. Although there are three Great Clips Salons locations closer to my home, I drive all the way to Alafia Commons to receive the service from Kristi. The online check-in works well for me. It allows me to specify Kristi as my stylist. They also sell good high-end products at the salon; I am always asked before leaving if it's time to refill my supply. Today was my first time at the salon as I was visiting from out of town and I am beyond happy and impressed with Ashley’s work. She did the most amazing cut to compliment my blonde! Everyone there was so nice and it was an overall great experience. Thank you Ashley and everyone at Great Clips. I am definitely impressed :)
