Great law firm! Tom Rogers, and the entire Wites firm, were amazing, on top of every single step, including involving us in all the stages of the case. Every time I called him, he picked up personally, was always friendly and ready to answer any of our questions. We were denied on an insurance claim that we rightfully deserved. We have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for Wites & Rogers Law Firm. From the time they took our case (back in 2021) to now (March 2023) they have worked hard on our behalf. We felt we had the best representation on our civil case against an insurance company. We had to go to trial and Tyler, Tom, and Marc explained the process and prepared us for trial which is nothing we had ever experienced before. Trial was 4 days long and they worked around the clock (even on the weekend and evenings) to make sure our case was successful, and it was.
