I purchased a home for our daughter. It needed a new roof and I live 300 miles away. My home inspector suggested V&M. Although we had not yet closed on the home, as soon as we did close I only had 30 days to get the new work done for insurance purposes. I spoke with Victor on the phone and explained to him my situation.
Victor took control of the project and immediately sent me the estimates. As soon as we closed Victor went to work.
They had the old shingles removed, the new plywood installed and the roof dried in on the first day.
Within five days time they completed the entire galvalume roof and had the final inspection completed in two days.
