I was very stressed and anxious about my tax situation that I could not seem to be able to fix. I tried a few different places and had no success. As soon as I walked in, Claudia told me to relax, that everything was going to be okay and it was. She was very calm and understanding. She was patient while I scattered throughout my mess of papers and wanted to cry! Long story short - I didn't cry, she fixed it and I am a happy camper now. Thank you Claudia!!!
