Salud Medical Group provides compassionate, high‑quality primary care for adults in Lehigh Acres, Naples, Cape Coral and nearby areas. The clinic offers expert care for hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, heart, kidney and liver diseases, as well as wound care, weight management and vitamin IV infusions. DOT, immigration, school and sports physicals are also available. Patients describe the staff as friendly, welcoming and professional. The environment is organized, clean and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Doctors are attentive, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated, taking time to explain everything clearly, listen to concerns and make patients feel understood and supported. The team speaks English and Spanish, which makes understanding easy. Many patients note excellent patient care, thorough basic tests and a wonderful experience.
