We hands down recommend Royalty Roofing. They did repairs on our flat gravel roof. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Sone things that really stand out: -the roofers who actually did the work are the ones who came out and looked at it and gave us the estimate. It was not one person giving the estimate and then others doing the actual work. - Not only did they fix the issues we were concerned with…they also pointed out other areas that needed repair which we had overlooked. - cost was very reasonable! - They did roof work and were also able to help with carpentry repairs. Jim and the crew did a great job seeking out and fixing some elusive leaks from our 'well aged' tile roof - honoring their original quote although the scope probably went further than they were able to predict. They were persistent in staying with the job until they discovered and effectively repaired a problem section, keeping us informed throughout the process. Their professionalism, follow through and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys.
