It seems like the service here is hit or miss after reading some of the reviews, but as for my experience, it was my first time ever taking clothing for alterations. I had some work pants that needed to be tapered and let me just say, that I'm in love with the results. They were so baggy previously, I was pretty upset when I got the online order delivered because I liked everything else about the pants, they just fit like parachute pants and looked ridiculous. I took them to Natasha's Alterations on Monday and I received the completed items as scheduled today, on Saturday. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, professional service. I brought in a few delicate pieces that needed special attention, and not only did they come back spotless and perfectly pressed and alternating! They looked brand new!! Their warm customer service make this place a true gem. I will absolutely be coming back
