The man that sits next to the door is extremely rude. He does whatever he wants and treats customers poorly. I used to like this place. Most of the time the people with licenses worked regularly. I feel a few of the people that work there are forced to??? There aren’t anymore safety rules either? Now, they do not cover the pedicure bowls with the standard covers. They just rinse them and throw someone else in the chair. It’s grimy and time for a makeover. They need to at least put someone in the front that isn’t so rude. I feel sorry for the people that work there.

Went to Magic Nails for a pedi. Went with pink ? and also decided to do a nail color.
I had three people take care of me.
Male did the pedi but a lady did my gel toes. So I decided to go ahead and get my nails painted in gel. She took my clear polish on and passed me off to another lady to color.
Recommend new towels. They were pretty dingy.
With all the many nail salons to choose from even here in Lehigh acres as well as Fort Myers, this is a very good salon. I arrived without an appointment. Usually, I always go get an appointment however, with my schedule, I just popped on in. As I entered the door, I noticed a lot of the nail technicians were just arriving. So I understood as they were quieter than usual, and seem to be moving slowly, and some of them are actually look like they were still a little sleepy. I only had to wait a short time. I was told by the gentleman at nail technician desk one to go to nail technician desk seven. Sophia was the girl at desk seven. She was very sweet, very professional, and did a remarkable job. I am very impressed with the work here. The place also is very clean. The only thing is, I'm not sure how the pricing works. I did get a fill-in and I did have to have them cut down along with a replacement now. So I knew it was going to be a little more than normal. However, I was wrong in my mind again. Cost a little more than I expected. But I am very pleased with the results. I recommend people coming here to arrive early if they are a walk in, or get an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting.
