I recently learned that our home was encumbered by an open permit relating to a remodeling project performed by the previous owner in 2020. We were experiencing a phased outage and the old permit was blocking our electrical contractor from performing repairs needed to restore our power.
The old permit named JTE as the contractor so I called their office hoping for help but expecting little sympathy as I was not a JTE customer and this was a five year old documentation issue. Amazing service. Very knowledgeable team, helped with everything possible we could’ve asked for and more. Made us feel much more at ease with move in knowing we were taken care of!

They did a professional job with my requirement to install a dinner area chandlier and two non working ceiling fans. Both technicians were patient enough to adjust the chandliers base plate position and aligned it perfectly till it aligned. Takes a lot of patience and shoulder strength to fix that. I would hire them for sure.
