I recently learned that our home was encumbered by an open permit relating to a remodeling project performed by the previous owner in 2020. We were experiencing a phased outage and the old permit was blocking our electrical contractor from performing repairs needed to restore our power.
The old permit named JTE as the contractor so I called their office hoping for help but expecting little sympathy as I was not a JTE customer and this was a five year old documentation issue. They did a professional job with my requirement to install a dinner area chandlier and two non working ceiling fans. Both technicians were patient enough to adjust the chandliers base plate position and aligned it perfectly till it aligned. Takes a lot of patience and shoulder strength to fix that. I would hire them for sure.
