I want to thank the Colonial Roofing Team. Kevin, Tim, Brian and the rest for an amazing job. Colonial Roofing installed our tile roof on our house when it was built back in 1993. After our tile roof was destroyed in Hurricane Ian I knew exactly who to call. Now thanks to everyone at Colonial Roofing we have a new, beautiful metal roof. Throughout the procedure I had impeccable communication with them any time I needed. If I had a question they were quick to answer. If I thought there was a small problem they immediately resolved the situation!! Thank you again and YES I do and have referred others to Colonial Roofing!!!

2 days after Ian ,Colonial had a crew to my house to protect from further damage. Since we were dry inside and just needed a new roof we were willing to wait until others in more desperate needs could have access to Colonial services.We contracted for the new tile roof. Due to lead times we waited for materials to arrive. After arrival of materials they attacked the project.We are so happy with project management and employees. Colonial is the go to place for Roofing needs.Service: Roof installation

I few months ago I worked with a gentleman named John from Colonial Roofing and he was extremely knowledgeable. This company is local and family run. John W. literally grew up around the corner. These guys know local roofing from commercial to residential, and florida codes like the back of their hand.Service: Roof repair
