Went through a full roof replacement on our 24-unit building. The whole project took only a few weeks and the communication throughout was constant. They pulled permits, handled inspections, and their production crew under Kevin was respectful of residents coming and going. I would definitely use again.
Colonial replaced the tile roof on our home in Pelican Preserve in December, 2025. Their price was excellent and we were very pleased with their professional approach from the quoting all the way through to the finish. They work with different teams for the various steps involved in the project and project management was excellent. All their folks are really very pleasant and excellent to work with. I recommend them very highly.
