I had a great experience here! There was a misunderstanding about the price—I had been told $115, while he had heard $150. In the end, he didn’t make me pay the difference or cause any issues. He simply said, “I heard $150—that’s my mistake,” and let me go on with my day.
Even when doing my nails, he didn’t get upset or frustrated when I asked him to fix a design. I’m not sure of his name, but he was an older gentleman with glasses. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and I really appreciated how he handled the situation. Thank you!
