After reading some reviews I was slightly nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were visiting from out of town and my 13 y/o dog needed emergency stomach surgery the night before NYE, after hours (as they do). Though they were understaffed, and we were all exhausted, they were patient and explained everything to me with kindness and understanding. They quoted me the costs with a thoughrough breakdown. It wasn't cheap, but what after hours/holiday/weekend emergency surgery is? He had to stay three nights and they took great care of him. We are extremely grateful for such a wonderful staff. Our beau has progressed within the last 2 1/2 days with you guys and we couldn’t be happier. We are super blessed that this place was able to help with our finances and to get us in a budget we could afford. I would recommend this place to anybody. Our dog had a pistachio shell stuck in her mouth. These ladies were amazing with her. They took care of the problem and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Great staff and very clean inside!
