Recently, the center hosted a cute free painting & potting event for children of all ages, along with a scavenger hunt and free ice cream for participants, organized by Zoe, who is in charge of these events. The staff is friendly and helpful, with salespeople like Mr. André, who go above and beyond to assist customers in finding the perfect plants and answering questions about plant care. The center also offers high-quality large decorative rocks and a variety of outdoor supplies, making it a great place for yard projects and outdoor enjoyment.
Our absolute favorite spot for plants since we moved to Mount Dora. Everyone that works there are knowledgeable and friendly. We bought and had several trees installed and Jerry and Crew#4 were awesome! Hard working, polite and did an incredible job! I would highly recommend The Yard Stop Garden Center for all your plant shopping!

We stopped there yesterday for the first time to look at hibiscus trees and were blown away by the size of the garden center and it’s vast amount of plants and trees and every other landscape item you could possibly need. Diane and Dennis helped us right away with picking the perfect hibiscus tree and a bottle brush bush and loading it into our car. We will never go anywhere else to buy an item for our yard. Thank you!
