I had my hot water heater replaced by Ross Plumbing last week and am totally happy with using them. Marcus did the install and I can say that he did a great job. He was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. I’m happy to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Marcus came on time and fixed a very unusual problem-a faulty vacuum valve causing a leak behind my kitchen wall. He was efficient and the utmost professional. I thought it would take hours but he was in and out in an hour. Great job Marcus!!!Charlie Hamill

I had a clogged kitchen sink, so I called Ross Plumbing. I live in a older house that my parents had built in the fiftys . My parents used Ross Plumbing for many years, since my Mom was the owners second grade teacher at Skeen Elementary! So they gave me appointment for the very next day and sent Trey over. He was very personable and thought it would be a quick fix by replacing the 65 year old pipes! But it took much longer, as it was very hard to get the pipes disconnected! He had to call office for Reinforcement..... owners son came out right away (as we live less than a mile from office) It took two to finally disconnect. Then Trey finished the job very efficiently!...read full review
